Without this, you could be prone to back pain in the future, especially if you have a job involving sitting down at a computer day-in day-out. Back problems can be caused by years of adopting poor posture, which affects mobility, stability, strength and flexibility.

Within the standard fitness testing routines your trainer will monitor your posture and, where necessary, introduce corrective measures to ensure good body posture. Once your body has been told how to stand properly it will keep this stance habitually.

A simple, non-invasive test during your fitness testing session will be able to identify any flaws or problems you have / will have later on in life.
